We are seeking to acquire multiple copies of the non-fiction books listed below. These works, written in or translated into English, focus on Syria and the region and are selected for their relevance to Al-Manhal’s community.

We are also developing additional wish lists for fiction and non-fiction titles in both Arabic and English.

Inclusion of any book at Al-Manhal does not imply endorsement of its arguments.

Books will be made available to Syrian readers through a refundable deposit system, with the full amount returned upon the book’s safe return. Having multiple copies will also enable us to host reading groups and, where possible, offer books for sale at affordable secondhand prices.
